House fire in Scranton ruled arson

A house fire along Brook Street in Scranton back in August has now been ruled arson.

SCRANTON, Pa. — Police now say a house fire in Lackawanna County was intentionally set.

The fire along Brook Street in Scranton happened back in August.

No home was home at the time, and no injuries were reported.

According to court paperwork, Michael Albert lived there; he's accused of running over and killing a man in Schuylkill County.

It's not clear if anyone faces charges in relation to that fire in Lackawanna County.
