LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A former defense attorney was sentenced on Thursday on four counts for promoting prostitution and will face up to two years behind bars.
Investigators in Lackawanna County say Corey Kolcharno, 49 used his position as an attorney to solicit sexual acts and materials from clients between 2018 and 2022.
The clients were reportedly struggling with addiction or enduring other challenges.
In addition to prison time, Kolcharno will be on probation for two years, must pay a fine of $1,700, and complete 250 hours of community service.
