SCRANTON, Pa. -- Lackawanna County Commissioners gave a brief tour on Friday of the construction happening at the old Globe store in the Electric City.
The building on Wyoming Avenue will become home to county offices next January.
Right now, workers are framing out the offices at the building in Scranton.
