SCRANTON, Pa. -- Kids with special needs got to enjoy sensory-friendly storytime at the Library Express Bookstore.
It gives children a chance to read, just like every other kid, but without the bright lights and loud noises.
Boys and girls also got to try their hand at creating something out of Play-Doh.
