NANTICOKE, Pa. — Police have identified a suspect in an armed bank robbery in Luzerne County.
An arrest warrant was issued for Duwan Raymond.
Police say Raymond claimed to have a weapon when he held up the Citizens Bank branch on Market Street in Nanticoke on Wednesday.
