I live in PA and work in NY. The roads in PA are snow covered and slippery. As soon as I cross the border in to NY the roads are just wet. Sure wish NYDOT would hold a seminar and show PENNDOT how to keep roads clear in the wintertime.

So there was a commercial vehicle ban on speed and trucks in left lane on 81 this morning. I passed On the right going the speed limit, the slow moving tractor trailers that were hogging the left lane. Oh I was two cars behind a trooper who must not have known about the left lane ban…. or didn’t care. Tax dollars at work!! We put a ban in place and don’t do anything to enforce it…. and truckers know it!!!!
