HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A porch pirate was caught in the act in Luzerne County.
Surveillance video captured the thief Wednesday afternoon at a home in the Marion Terrace neighborhood of Hanover Township.
The crook could be seen grabbing the package right from the front porch, and then get into a waiting car.
