STROUDSBURG, Pa. -- A new ice rink is expected to open this winter in Stroudsburg.
Borough officials say the rink will be built next to the county courthouse.
The rink will be about half the size of what was originally proposed over the summer.
The ice rink is expected to open in January in Monroe County.
