Garbage Truck Catches Fire in the Electric City

SCRANTON, Pa. -- A garbage truck went up in smoke on Monday morning in Scranton.

The garbage truck caught fire on East Gibson Street in the city around 11 a.m.

The block was shut down for about an hour while crews put out the flames.

No one was hurt after the garbage truck fire in Lackawanna County.
