LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A man from Plymouth is locked up accused of sexually assaulting two young girls.
Police say 21-year-old Dylan Williams assaulted a 13 and 15-year-old numerous times last month around the Plymouth area.
Williams is facing sexual assault and other related charges in Luzerne County.
