HAZLETON, Pa. -- A man pleaded guilty to third degree murder Friday in Luzerne County.
Terrence Clarke must serve at least fifteen years on the murder charge.
He faces at least another four years because of a gun charge.
Clarke admits firing into a crowd outside Shaker's Bar in Hazleton back in 2014.
Garey Cox an innocent bystander was killed.
