SCRANTON, Pa. — The tents are going up around Courthouse Square in downtown Scranton.
Workers were out today setting up for La Festa Italiana. More than 80 vendors will serve Italian delicacies and more during the four-day event.
La Festa starts Friday afternoon at 4 and runs through Monday night.
