WILKES-BARRE, Pa. -- A double-block home in Wilkes-Barre has been condemned because of rodent and insect problems.
The property is located along New Grove Street.
The city health department is giving the homeowner 10 days to clean it up and have the house professionally exterminated. Otherwise, a citation will be issued.
