UPPER AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A man was killed after being hit by a train in Northumberland County.
It happened just south of Sunbury in Upper Augusta Township around 4 p.m. Sunday.
The man who was hit has been identified as Dustin Weirick from Sunbury. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His death has been ruled an accident.
There's no word yet why he was on the tracks in the path of a train.
