WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Wilkes-Barre police are investigating how drugs ended up in a child’s diaper.
Officers were called to a home in the 100 block of Main Street Wednesday after a caregiver discovered the pills while changing the child.
This is under investigation by police and Luzerne County Children and Youth.
