PLAINS TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A special dance was held for about 300 people with special needs at the Woodlands Inn in Plains Township Monday night.
The dinner and dance was hosted by the Deutsch Institute which provides recreational opportunities for individuals with special needs in northeastern and central Pennsylvania.
