WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — A crash tied up traffic Monday morning in Luzerne County.
It happened around 8 a.m. on Interstate 81 south in Wilkes-Barre.
There is no word if anyone was hurt or what caused the crash.
The wreck was cleared before 10 a.m., according to PennDOT.
