WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- Strong winds caused a fire to spread Wednesday afternoon in Williamsport.
Firefighters tell us someone tossed a lit cigarette into a pile of leaves on High Street.
The flames spread to the porch of a double block home around 1:30 p.m.
Crews were able to knock down the fire quickly.
