RECIPE BELOW:
Cedar Plank Salmon
Soak Cedar planks for at least 2 hours prior to baking

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Salmon fillets
Household 6 Creations Whole Ground Mustard
Household 6 Creations Red Pepper Relish
Arrange Salmon fillets on soaked cedar planks.  Spread 1 tablespoon of Household 6 Creations Whole Ground Mustard over the salmon fillet.  You can use more or less mustard to taste.
Bake the salmon on the cedar plank for approximately 15 minutes.  Test salmon temperature with a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the fillet.  The salmon is ready when it reaches 145 degrees.
Remove from oven and spread 1 tablespoon Household 6 Creations Red Pepper Relish on the top of the salmon fillet.  Again you can use more or less to taste.
