Watsontown Man Accused of Threats

WATSONTOWN, Pa. -- A man is locked up in Northumberland County charged with making terroristic threats.

Police say Kevin Houser, 54, of Watsontown, referred to himself as, "a guardian angel," and a prior military sniper, and made threats last week saying he had to kill people and avenge the actions of others.

Houser is now in the Northumberland County Prison.
