SCRANTON, Pa. -- Licensed marijuana growers and dispensaries will not be allowed to set up shop at an upcoming cannabis festival at Nay Aug Park in Scranton.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health made the announcement.

Organizers of the festival say this is a huge blow to the medical cannabis community.

This year's event will be held on April 20th.
