NANTICOKE, Pa. -- A man convicted of murder in Luzerne County must spend at least 31 and a half years in prison.
Earlier this year, a jury found Antoine McNeal guilty of third-degree murder for shooting and killing Brandon Smith in a home in Nanticoke in 2017.
Prosecutors in Luzerne County say the killing was over drugs.
