CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A crash in Wyoming County not only closed a busy road early Thursday morning but also destroyed eight cars.

A tractor-trailer ran into a car dealership and it's not the first time that business has been unlucky this year.

The rig was traveling east around 8 a.m. on Route 6 near Factoryville, lost control and barreled into Complete Auto Sales and Service. That business is right along the roadway.

The owner there tells us eight cars are totaled after the wreck.

The tractor-trailer went up into the auto yard, smashed into the vehicles, nearly hit a telephone pole, and then crossed over Route 6 before hitting an embankment.

No one was seriously injured, and no other moving cars were involved.

Just last month, a small office building on the property was intentionally set on fire, and Friday is the 11-year anniversary of the dealership burning to the ground.

State police did not say what caused the driver to lose control.
