Apricot Lamb Osso Buco

We visited the Farmhouse Restaurant at the Inn at Turkey Hill in Bloomsburg where Executive Chef Jim Hahn prepared an Apricot Lamb Osso Buco.  Delicious!

    Please don’t let the music in this segment become the norm for your show.

    The music was EXTREMELY distracting when the chef was speaking and highly annoying with how loud it would get. It wasn’t soothing, incidental background music, it was in your face, attempting to tell the story for you music and made the segment nearly unwatchable. (this continued when the brewmaster (?) was speaking, as well.

    If this music trend continues, you will definitely lose me as a weekly viewer.
