$1 Million Winner Sold in Lycoming County

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- A lucky lottery player hit the jackpot Friday with a ticket sold in Lycoming County.

One winning Pennsylvania Lottery Mega Millions ticket worth $1 million from the Friday, February 8, drawing was sold at Wegmans on William Street in Williamsport.

The ticket matched all five white balls drawn – 14, 24, 31, 42, 48, but not the yellow Mega Ball, 13 -- to win the $1 million prize.

Wegman's gets a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The next Mega Millions drawing will be held Tuesday, February 12.
