COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A small fire broke out Thursday at the Tobyhanna Army Depot in Monroe County.
The depot says employees were evacuated from a production building after a heater caught fire.
Employees were allowed back in the Army deport a short time later.
