DICKSON CITY, Pa. -- Heavy rains caused a mudslide in Lackawanna County.
Mud and rock rushed down the hill by the former Toys R Us on Business Route 6 in Dickson City.
An access road leading to the plaza was blocked but the mudslide did not affect traffic in Lackawanna County.
