PLAINS TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- The on-ramp to the northbound Cross Valley Expressway in Plains Township has reopened ahead of schedule.
The ramp from River Street to the expressway closed in June for repairs. It wasn't expected to reopen until this summer.
The work wrapped up well ahead of schedule, and the ramp is now back open.
