TERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man’s death has been ruled an accident in Bradford County.
Troopers say Christopher Kolbeck was found dead near his home on Terrytown Mountain Road near Wyalusing.
The 36-year-old’s body was found underneath a vehicle.
