SCRANTON, Pa. -- Santa Claus stopped by the Lackawanna County Transit Center on Thursday.
He was in downtown Scranton to help collect toys for the Colts' "Stuff the Bus" campaign.
Donations of new, unwrapped toys and books will be given to the Toys for Tots program.
