JESSUP, Pa. -- Charges have been refiled against the son of a Lackawanna County judge.
Jessup police refiled disorderly conduct and drug charges against Logan Munley on Tuesday.
The 18 year old was charged over the summer after an incident at the family's home in the borough, but police dropped the charges just hours after Munley's arrest.
