POINT TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A crash involving a pedestrian in Northumberland County is deadly.
According to the coroner, George Schindler, 76, of Point Township, was crossing Route 11 near Northumberland Monday night when he was struck by an SUV.
Route 11 was closed for about two and a half hours while officers investigated the deadly collision.
Authorities have not said if the driver will be charged here in Northumberland County.
