MILTON, Pa. -- A man is locked up in Northumberland County charged with having drugs, guns, and explosives.
Milton police say they found Eric Vanema in a car with a woman in a municipal parking lot around 2 p.m. Thursday.
Besides drug paraphernalia and a semi-automatic rifle, officers discovered three explosives and a box containing bomb-making materials in the car.
