Two Students Locked Up After Making Threats Against School District

BLOOMING GROVE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Two students are in custody after allegedly making threats against their school in Pike County.

Police tell Newswatch 16 the two boys, 15 and 12, made threats against the Wallenpaupack School District.

Both are in custody on terroristic threats charges and are awaiting criminal charges in juvenile court.

    You know … we had phones back in the 50s, 60s, & 70s but we never ever thought to do these kinds of things with them. And by the way ….. we also had guns …… lots of them! You decide what the driving factors are here!

      There were well over 60 school shootings in the 50s, 60s, and 70s. Apparently somebody thought of it; many somebodies. How about we stop using BS to vilify the youth. They’re held to a different standard. A lot of stuff you could get away with in the 50s, 60s, and 70s are now jailable offenses.
      Clearly, the driving factors are faulty memories and a lack of data.
