WILKES-BARRE, Pa. -- Six months after a two-year-old was attacked at Hollenback Dog Park in Wilkes-Barre charges have been filed against the owner of the animal.
The game commission seized two wolf hybrids from David Cannon of Plains last month.
Authorities say it was one of those animals that attacked the little boy back in May.
The game commission says Cannon does not have permits to have exotic wildlife and did not properly protect the public from the animals.
