JIM THORPE, Pa. -- A man is locked up on child sex charges in Carbon County.
Authorities say Charles Leinthall, 53 of Jim Thorpe, grabbed a 14-year-old girl and asked the teen to perform sex acts on him.
Leinthall was a volunteer with the Jim Thorpe Fire Department.
