STEM Discovery Day

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. --Kids in grades 4 through 8 did some enthusiastic studying at Wilkes University on Saturday.

It was all for STEM Discovery Day.

The students took part in a few dozen science demonstrations that explored biology, chemistry, math, and environmental science.

The goal is to get kids excited about different areas of science.

About 300 students participated.
