SCRANTON, Pa. -- This Halloween night marked the 20th year for a Halloween party at Tripp Park in Scranton.
Kids danced, ate hot dogs and pizza, and of course, were treated to candy.
About 200 children came dressed in costumes for the party in the Electric City.
