PITTSTON, Pa. -- People escaped the rainy weather in part of Luzerne County this weekend to celebrate Halloween.
The second annual Scarecrow Festival was held at the Pittston Memorial Library on Saturday.
Downtown businesses decorated scarecrows, and the community judged them. There was also face painting, carnival games, and refreshments.
