Towanda Area Students Dismissed Due to Bomb Threat

TOWANDA, Pa. -- All students were dismissed early in Towanda because of a bomb threat.

Authorities say a note was found in a restroom at the Towanda Area Junior/Senior High School.

State police and bomb-sniffing dogs searched the school.

Nothing was found.

Classes in the Towanda Area School District will resume Friday.
