SOUTH ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Three men are facing fraud-related charges in Lackawanna County.
Police say Costel Aparaschivei, Adrian Galatanu, and Daniel Gologan are accused of using cloned debit cards to withdraw more than $100,000 from the Penn East Federal Credit Union in South Abington Township.
All three are locked up tonight.
