DALLAS, Pa. -- A roundabout in Luzerne County's Back Mountain has opened a year ahead of schedule.
Skycam 16 flew over the new roundabout in Dallas Friday.
Penndot tells us the project is finished except for some minor details the contractor is finishing up in Luzerne County.
