UPDATE: Driver Dead after Crash in Bloomsburg

BLOOMSBURG, Pa. -- A driver died at the hospital after crashing a dump truck into a pole in Columbia County.

Wires and part of a tree came down on the truck around 5 p.m. Tuesday along East Fifth Street in Bloomsburg.

Niles Hoch of Bloomsburg was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to the coroner.

The coroner said Hoch died from a medical emergency that led to the crash.
