UPDATE: Police tell Newswatch 16 they have arrested Travis Lee of Wilkes-Barre. Lee has been charged with burglary and theft.
PLAINS TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A cigarette swiper is on the run in Luzerne County.
Investigators suspect the man broke into Plains Meat Market on Hudson Road just before 10 p.m. Thursday and helped himself to some smokes.
If you know who he is, police in Luzerne County want to hear from you.
