SCOTT TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The US Supreme Court heard arguments from a Lackawanna County woman fighting against her hometown.
Rose Mary Knick sued Scott Township after officials made her open her farm to a cemetery.
She claims there’s no gravesite on her property.
Knick wants the Supreme Court to overturn a previous decision that has effectively kept her case out of federal court.
