PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE -- The north lanes of the turnpike are back open.
Paving work closed the north lanes of the turnpike between exits 115 and 131 overnight.
That's the Wyoming Valley Exit and Clarks Summit Exit.
The turnpike reopened around 6 a.m. on Monday here in Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties.
