Dog Rescued from Flood Waters in Montour County

WASHINGTONVILLE, Pa. -- A photo shared online shows a dog being rescued from flood waters in central Pennsylvania.

The Montour County Firewire Facebook page posted a picture of a man carrying a dog through nearly waist-high water on Mill Road in Washingtonville Wednesday morning.
