Dog Alerts Family that House is on Fire

MONTGOMERY, Pa. -- Firefighters say a dog alerted a family to flames in their home in Lycoming County.

Firefighters say two people were home when the fire broke out on East Houston Avenue in Montgomery just before 7 a.m. Saturday.

Everyone made it out.

The home was destroyed. A state police fire marshal will look for a cause.
