SCRANTON, Pa. -- A woman was hurt when she was hit by a vehicle in Scranton overnight.
Police say the driver was going the wrong way on Birney Avenue just before 3 a.m. Sunday.
The victim was taken to a hospital. Her name and condition have not been released.
Police have not said if the driver will be charged.
