SCRANTON, Pa. -- Police in Scranton dealt with yet another case of a young child found wandering the streets without an adult.

Officers say a young boy was found alone on Harrison Avenue Saturday afternoon. Shortly after police released the boy's photo, a parent was located and notified.

Police have not said how old the child is but said the boy is safe. It is not clear if he's back with family or being cared for by another agency.

On Friday, a COLTS bus driver found two toddlers in the middle of Providence Road during the morning rush hour.

Back on June 30, Scranton police say a young girl was running along Jefferson Avenue alone.
